All throughout his teenage years, Jake has always been very skinny. Not only does it affects his aesthetic, he finds it hard to focus on his daily activities because of the lack in energy. He was exposed to personal training in his early 20s and started seeing results and an improvement in his overall lifestyle with proper nutrition. He was so inspired that he quit his field of study and pursue the fitness industry, with the mindset to help as many people like himself to improve their quality of life.

Having been in the fitness industry for 13 years, Jake is a professionally certified personal trainer who has helped many of his clients to successfully transformed their lifestyle and meet their fitness objectives. Other than the one plan fit all approach, Jake believes that wellness is not just about exercising but he takes on a holistic approach to fitness such as nutrition, stress management, and other lifestyle factors. Jake is skilled in a wide range of training techniques, including strength training, cardio, Pilates, yoga, and more. He is also trained in injury prevention and rehabilitation and can work with clients who have specific health concerns or limitations.

Jake started off his career as a personal trainer at Gold’s gym in 2011 and subsequently co-founded Physique Studio in 2013. Jake is also certified by Harvard Medical School to design sustainable nutrition plans.

Being a regular attendee of the school Trim And Fit club, Ze Yuan esteem has always been low. He was always the goal-keeper when playing football during his younger days. He tried to exercise regularly but his diet made him bigger instead, up to a point that even taking stairs can be excruciating for him. In early 20s, Ze Yuan wanted to shorten his Basic Military Training in army and signed up a gym membership with his friend. Along with a proper diet, Ze Yuan started to see significant improvements in his health and aesthetic. That was when he decided to pursue a career in the fitness industry to help more people like himself and to make a difference in the industry.

Graduated with degree in Exercise and Sports Science, Ze Yuan has a deep understanding of human anatomy and physiology, and he uses this knowledge to develop safe and effective workout routines tailored to each client’s unique needs and abilities. He is skilled in a variety of training techniques, including strength training, cardio, and HIIT, and he is always up-to-date on the latest research and trends in the industry.

Ze Yuan takes a holistic approach to fitness, emphasizing the importance of proper nutrition and recovery to support his clients’ progress. He works closely with each client to develop a nutrition plan that fits their lifestyle and goals, and he provides ongoing support and accountability to help them stay on track. What sets Ze Yuan apart is his ability to connect with his clients on a personal level. He truly cares about their success and is committed to helping them achieve their goals, no matter how big or small. His positive attitude and infectious energy make each workout session fun and motivating, and his clients leave feeling empowered and energized.
